Watering and Irrigation Calculators
Plan irrigation volumes, delivery rates, runtime, storage, and rainfall adjustments.
Separate water demand from water delivery
Plant demand describes the amount needed over an area or period; system delivery describes what emitters, hoses, or sprinklers actually apply. Choose a calculator for the side of the problem you have measured.
Field flow should be checked at operating pressure. Elevation, clogged emitters, zone size, and pressure variation can make a nominal device rate differ from delivered water.

Verify the schedule in the root zone
Weather and crop stage change water use. Recalculate after meaningful rainfall, canopy growth, heat, wind, or a change in the irrigated area rather than carrying an old runtime forward.
Use soil moisture and plant response to test the calculated schedule. Runoff, deep drainage, and uneven distribution are observations that the arithmetic cannot detect.
